Chester County District Attorney Deb Ryan said the verdict handed down during Domestic Violence Awareness Month is a reminder for everyone to seek help for themselves or someone you know who may be a victim.

“Domestic violence discriminates against no one,” Ryan said. “It happens across all socio-economic levels, to all races, in private behind closed doors or outside on a public sidewalk. This victim’s courage in pursuing justice is an example to others in similar situations.”
