Sidewalk Sidelines One Lane of Bridge Street
Drivers lose a lane Tuesday as pedestrians gain a new walk.
Construction crews had Bridge Street down to one lane eastbound (toward the river) Tuesday.
The right lane was closed as workers poured a new sidewalk by between Hall and Church Streets in front of The Chester. One lane was getting through in each direction with minor delays.
