Snow Emergency Declared in Phoenixville
The snow emergency went into effect at noon Monday, the borough said.

A snow emergency has been declared in Phoenixville, borough officials announced Monday.
The snow emergency is in effect from noon Monday, Jan. 26, through 6 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 27.
During snow emergencies, vehicles may not be parked on borough snow emergency routes, the borough said.

The following are the snow emergency routes in the borough:
- Bridge Street from Pothouse Road to Schuylkill River
- Church Street from Bridge Street to Starr Street
- Dayton Street from Emmett Street to Freemont Street
- Emmett Street from Franklin Avenue to Dayton Street
- Franklin Avenue from Gay Street to Emmett Street
- Gay Street from the southern Borough boundary to Franklin Avenue
- Main Street (Route 29) from the southern Borough boundary to Nutt Road
- Main Street from Nutt Road to Bridge Street
- Manavon Street from Nutt Road to Starr Street
- Nutt Road from the eastern Borough boundary to the western Borough boundary
- Starr Street from Nutt Road to Bridge Street
“Failure to remove your vehicles may result in ticketing, towing, or the possibility of having your vehicle ‘plowed in,’ “ the borough said.
