They Came, They Saw, They Pedalled

The annual "Muddy Angels" bike ride, honoring emergency medical service workers, traveled down Phoenixville Pike and Route 401 on May 24.

About 100 emergency medical service workers passed through Phoenixville on Wednesday for the National EMS Memorial Bike Ride, which takes its riders from Boston to Alexandria, VA, in honor of EMS workers who have been injured or killed in the line of duty.

In the afternoon hours, the riders headed down Valley Forge Road, hung right on Valley Park Road, turned left on South Whitehorse Road, and turned right on Charlestown Road before making a left on Phoenixville Pike and heading into East Whiteland.
