Traffic Stop Leads to Drug Charge for Phoenixville Man
The following incident report was provided by the East Pikeland Police Department.
charged a Phoenixville man with possession of a controlled substance this morning after a traffic stop, the department is reporting.
On August 8 at approximately 2:17 a.m., Steven Andrews, a 38-year-old resident of Franklin Avenue, was stopped on Wall Street for having a license plate light out. A search of the vehicle turned up suspected drugs. He was processed and released pending a hearing at a later date and time.
