If you felt the earth move under your feet Sunday night, you weren’t imagining things -- there was a small earthquake in Chester County, the U.S. Geological Survey said.

The 2.7-magnitude quake happened around 6:25 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 25, about 2.5 miles east-southeast of Downingtown, the USGS said.
