$1 Million Powerball Winner Sold In Nearby Berks County, $1 Billion Jackpot Grows

A shopper at a local grocery store won $1 million this weekend.

BERKS COUNTY, PA — Though the $1 billion Powerball jackpot was not won and continued to grow in the latest drawing, one lucky player in nearby Berks County took home a massive consolation prize.

The ticket was sold at Paulino’s Deli & Grocery, located at 555 North 9th Street in Reading. It correctly matched all five balls, 12-13-33-50-52, from the Powerball drawing on Saturday, March 30.

It did not match the red Powerball 23, which would have awarded around $1 billion.
