Driver Who Struck 10-Year-Old Girl Still at Large, Police Say
Pottstown Police are seeking help in identifying the driver involved in a hit-and-run on Hale Street Thursday morning.

Police are still searching for the driver of a vehicle who struck a 10-year-old girl was was riding her bike on Hale Street Thursday morning.
According to a report in the Pottstown Mercury, witnesses described the driver as a bald, Asian man who fled the scene in a red car or SUV with a light missing. The report states that police do not believe the missing light is related to the accident.
The hit-and-run occurred while the girl was riding her bike shortly before 9 a.m. on Thursday. The vehicle struck the bike, causing the girl to fall. She was taken to the hospital for treatment of minor injuries, and released a short time later, reports say.
