“We are proud to partner with the DEA and local law enforcement to help reduce the volume of unwanted medication in the community,” said Leigh Shirley, director of pharmacy operations. “When medications are properly disposed, it lessens the likelihood that they may end up in the hands of a child or someone for whom they were not intended.”

There is no cost to participants and customers will not receive refunds.

Personal information on drug containers, such as names and addresses, should be crossed out or removed.

No sharps or syringes will be accepted.
