JJ Is Home

JJ, a 5-year-old black and white male Boston Terrier, went missing around 3 p.m. Saturday in Lower Pottsgrove Township.

 

JJ is home.

"He wandered to a nearby neighborhood and some kind people kept him overnight," said his owner Nicole Matz via email on Sunday. "He is lucky and so are we to have him back!"

JJ, 5-year-old black and white male Boston Terrier, was last seen wearing a black leather Coach collar near the intersection of Sunnyside Avenue and  Kepler Road in Lower Pottsgrove Township.  

Anyone with information about him is asked to call Nicole Matz at 484-624-2468.  

"We've notified the police, the SPCA, Metropolitan Animal Hospital which is covering the local vets (for Sanatoga and Pottsgrove animal hospitals)," Matz said.

She believes JJ walked off at about 3 p.m. today.

"We will pay a reward if this would be helpful in retrieving JJ," she said. "He is a beloved member of our family and our hearts will be broken if we are unable to find him."

Matz said her sister was out looking for JJ and ran into folks searching for another missing Lower Pottsgrove Township dog, . Anyone with information about Belle is asked to call Jennifer Jordan at 201-803-5611.
