Masquerades and Martinis Gala, 'Becky Shaw' Highlight the Week

Laurel House Masquerades and Martinis Gala: The Saturday night event at Green Valley Country Club in Plymouth Meeting celebrates Laurel House's movement against domestic violence. The event will also recognize honorees John Middleton Co. ACECF; Anna Bates, transitional housing manager; Dolores Hudson, Laureal House manager; and Patricia Younce, Esq., Laurel House board member. Guests will hear a moving presentation from Gary Gregory, who has spent the last seven years – since the violent loss of his sister in 2006 – working tirelessly as an advocate for victims of domestic violence. With his family’s support, Gregory started the Every Great Reason Foundation in memory of his sister, Ellen Robb, who was fatally beaten by her husband.
