Montco Man Was DUI In Speeding Crash Involving Young Child: Police
A child was inside the car when the man, who later failed three field sobriety tests, flipped it over, authorities said.
MONTGOMERY COUNTY, PA — A Montgomery County was caught driving drunk while speeding with a young child in his vehicle, police said.
Jquon Nyir Frazier, 28, of Pottstown, now faces numerous charges.
The incident occurred on Jan. 17 in Lower Pottsgrove, near E. High Street and Pleasantview Road.

Frazier lost control of the vehicle as he was speeding and wound up rolling it on its side, according to authorities.
First responders on the scene administered three field sobriety tests, all of which he failed, police said.

Later at the police station, he refused blood alcohol testing. Authorities also discovered he did not have a driver's license.
Frazier was charged with DUI, endangering welfare of children, reckless driving, driving without a license, and related counts. A preliminary hearing is forthcoming.
