Pottstown Grads, Sisters, Make Town Proud As One Returns To Serve

Sisters who graduated from Pottstown High School have excelled in college, as one returns home to teach preschool at the YMCA.

POTTSTOWN, PA — Two sisters who graduated not so long ago from Pottstown High School are succeeding in their preparation to serve communities, even as one returns to Pottstown to work as a preschool teacher.

Pottstown High School graduates Keirsten and Alexandra Hickey have been busy at Gwynedd Mercy and Temple universities. Alexandra Hickey recently graduated from Temple University with a bachelor's degree in psychology.

She is returning to her home in Pottstown to serve her hometown community as a preschool teacher at the YWCA, said Pottstown School District Communications Director John Armato.
