Pottstown Man Convicted Of Child Rape
The young girl was under the age of 13 when the incident occurred.
POTTSTOWN, PA — A Pottstown man has been convicted of raping a young girl under the age of 13, court documents show.
Richard Jerome Soos, 40, was with the child inside a home in Pottstown when the crime occurred, officials said.
The incident occurred back in Jan. 2019. Circumstances surrounding the crime were not made publicly available.

Soos will be sentenced in the coming weeks.
He was booked at Montgomery County Correctional Facility pending his sentencing hearing.
