Rupert Students Recognized For Good Achievement

The students were visited by the school's I'MPACT Team.

The recent bad weather could not keep the I’MPACT Team, which stands for I’m Pottstown Action Team, from taking to the road to recognize outstanding achievement by Rupert students.

The I’MPACT Team, headed by Principal Matt Moyer, celebrates and recognizes students’ positive work ethic, good citizenship, and academic achievement. 

The I’MPACT Team makes home visits to award winners and present them with certificates, balloons, and the newly designed I’MPACT tee-shirt.

“I am extremely proud of our students who have recognized the road to success is paved by a solid work ethic, academic achievement and citizenship," Moyer said.

Award winners for the second marking period included: 

Kindergarten - Alonna Lue

Grade 1 - Reilley Ferrier

Grade 2 - Madeline Bruton

Grade 3 - Sabrina Janowski

Grade 4 - Zelias Bray

Grade 5 - William Migala

Joining Moyer on his home visits were staff members Shannon Wagner, Jamie Fazekas, Britney Oxenford, Allen Ferster, Laurie Gresko, Cindy Bartolucci, Lisa Meyers, Sarah Noska, and Stacy Mirigliano. 

Moyer thanked his volunteer teachers for participating.

“The I’MPACT Team visits are an excellent outreach opportunity and a great way to celebrate the successes of our students in our Rupert family," he said.
