Staircase At Riverfront Park In Pottstown Now Open

POTTSTOWN, PA — A key improvement to Riverfront Park in Pottstown is now complete.

The staircase leading up from the Hanover Street Bridge opened this week after extensive work from local crews.

"Shout out to our crew for doing a great job rebuilding the lower staircase and making them safe for all to use again," Pottstown Police shared.

Steps have been closed intermittently in recent months for repair but the new staircase is expected to withstand weather and heavy use.
