Braxton's Annual Harvest Fest Sunday

Interested in adopting an animal? More than 15 local rescues organizations will be in attendance.

Braxton's Animal Works' 13th Annual Harvest Fest is taking place Sunday, September 22 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.

At the event there will be a raffle, food, music, face painter, balloon artist, moon bounce, and games.

There will also be free nail clippings for dogs and microchipping from 12 to 2 p.m. for $35.

Interested in adopting an animal? More than 15 local rescues organizations will be in attendance.

According to Braxton's the typical pet adoption process requires:
  • ID with your current address.
  • The owner of the home must consent to the adoption of the animal and have proof of home ownership.
  • If you rent, you need a copy of your lease stating that you are allowed to have pets.
  • If you are planning to adopt a dog and presently have a dog(s), all dogs must meet.
  • An adoption application must be completed.
