Montrose Avenue In Radnor Closed For Traffic Signal Project

The road will be closed today through Wednesday.

RADNOR, PA — As part of the County Line Road and Montrose Avenue Traffic Signal Project construction, Montrose Avenue will be closed from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. today, through Wednesday Oct. 5.

Emergency services, deliveries, and trash/recycling collection vehicles will be allowed access. \

It is anticipated that Montrose Avenue in Lower Merion Township [across the intersection] will be closed for a similar duration starting on Thursday, Oct. 6 Please allow extra travel time due to this work; there will be delays.

The traffic light is being installed following discussions last year with Radnor and Lower Merion officals regarding safety issues. The new light includes adding pedestrian signals, ADA ramps and other improvements.
