More Summer Cocktail Recipes from Paramour in Wayne

It's summer. And for many people, that means new cocktails to enjoy.

Radnor Patch reached out to a number of local bars and restaurants asking them to share their best cocktail recipes with our readers. You can attempt to recreate them youself, and if you don't want to, you know where to find them.

Paramour in the Wayne Hotel shared two of its signature cocktails: 

Strawberry Mojito

-          1 ½  oz Strawberry Infused Rum

-          1 oz Simple syrup

-          4 Mint leaves

-          1 ½ oz Strawberry Puree

-          3 oz club soda

Pour all ingredients (except club soda) over ice into shaker glass.  Shake and pour into Mojito glass.  Top up ice, and add club soda.  Strawberry garnish.

Bourbon Street

-          1 ½  oz Peach Infused Woodford Reserve Bourbon

-          1 ½  oz Southern Comfort

-          1 ½  oz Dolin Blanc

-          2 dashes Rhubarb Bitters

Chill and shake all ingredients. Strain into Martini glass. Cherry & Peach garnish.
