The Wayne Art Center will now begin offering a special program for preschoolers.
Art Sprouts: Pre-School Arts Enrichment will give families a chance to supplement their child’s regular pre-school program, or begin their young preschooler’s education with a fine arts based program.
Classes meet one or two days per week on Tuesdays and Thursdays, from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. in Studios 4 and 5. Age appropriate art projects, gallery tours & themed ‘special guest’ dates (including drama, music, yoga & cooking) will introduce learning concepts from a fine arts standpoint, enhance creativity & exploration, all in a supportive & nurturing environment, according to the Wayne Art Center.
On Tuesday, September 10 from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. the Wayne Art Center will be hosting an Open House for families interested in learning more about our Art Sprouts Program.
Join instructor Ms. Amy Grant & music instructor Ms. Eujin Bodeck for a morning of creative & musical fun, along with coffee and snacks. Little ones will be entertained with art and music activities, while parents can chat with Ms. Amy & Ms. Eujin and have their questions answered.
Registrations for Art Sprouts will also be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. More information on Art Sprouts can be found on our website, www.wayneart.org.
