Pumpkin Patch & Fall Harvest In Radnor

Radnor Township Parks and Recreation Department has postponed its fall celebration to Sunday, Oct 23.

RADNOR, PA - Radnor Township has postponed the 10th annual Fall Harvest & Pumpkin Patch until Sunday, Oct. 23, due to inclement weather in the forecast this Sunday.

The event from 1 to 4 p.m. at the Willows Park, 490 Darby Road, Villanova, includes pumpkin picking, tractor rides, balloon twisting, hay rides, an inflatable corn maze, and refreshments.

There are special nature events available for preschoolers including displays of bugs, leaf and twig samples and crafts.

The event is presented by Main Line Health.

The park will be closed to the public at 6 a.m. on to prepare for the event. Parking will be available at the park’s entrance.

There will be heavy traffic in the area.

Registration is still open for residents to receive a free large pumpkin here or by calling 610-688-5600 ext. 190 or email Recreation@radnor.org.

Residents can pick up pumpkins from 1 to 3 p.m.
