Wheels of Wayne Roll Into Town Sunday

The third annual classic car show promises plenty of rubber and chrome to admire along North Wayne and West avenues.

Clear skies predicted on Sunday will have North Wayne Avenue and West Avenue practically glowing as the sun reflects of hundreds of classic cars during the third annual Wheels of Wayne.

Vintage automobiles, custom cars, tricked out motorcycles and more will line the street April 19 as visitors admire the intricate care given to the antique roadsters by their owners.

Organized by Radnor Township’s Recreation and Community Programming Department, the free event will have plenty of other activities to occupy the family, including a bounce house, face painting, balloon twisting and a car-driving simulator. More than 20 vendors will serve up food to keep the bellies full, not to mention a pulled pork contest and pizza contest.
