120-Unit Apartment Complex Proposed For River Bank In Manayunk
Residents can weigh in on the proposal's development at a Civic Design Review Committee meeting on Feb. 7.
MANYUNK, PHILADELPHIA — Ten dozen new residences could be coming to the Schuylkill River bank in Manayunk.
A development with 120 units, three ground-floor retail spaces, and 52 underground parking spaces at that property is being proposed at 3900 Main St.
According to Philadelphia's Civic Design Review Committee, the development includes three structures.

The developer is Ascent Design and Builder and the designer SgRA Architects.

In total, the development is 178,619 square feet and will feature 6,325 square feet of retail and office space.
The committee will meet on Feb. 7 to further discuss the development project.
Residents can weigh in on the project at the meeting in person or virtually.
The meeting will be held at 1 pm.
