New Development Could Vastly Increase Residential Life In Manayunk
The proposal faces some opposition from local groups who fear it may not be safe to build.

A development that could bring more residential life to downtown Manayunk is currently under review and awaiting a final decision, according to a report.

The project would develop 3811 Main Street into 65 apartments, including a five-story section and four-story section, the report states.
