All is Well with Salisbury's Five Wards
A redistricting study, approved by the Salisbury Township Board of Commissioners, reveals that no changes to the township's five wards are needed.

Salisbury Township's Board of Commissioners passed a redistricting ordinance Thursday that, in effect, didn't do any redistricting.
The population of the five wards in the township basically remained the same, according to Robert Kriebel of Bethlehem-based Urban Research & Development Corp., which was commissioned to do the 18-month study.
"After viewing the demographic, we're keeping the ward system as it is and not changing anything," Kriebel told commissioners.

The boundaries of the township's five wards were examined after the 2010 Census to determine if there was any reasonable population deviation.
Kriebel told commissioners all wards remained in acceptable standard deviation levels and no further studies are needed until after the 2020 Census.
