New athletic physical paperwork will be available starting 10/5/2011 in the SHS/SMS Main Office. All students who plan to play a winter sport or be a winter sport team manager, must have a physical (dated on or after June 1, 2011). Recertification paperwork for all athletes/team manager also will be available starting 10/5/11 in the SHS/SMS main offices.
