Fight Preceded Stabbing in Laubach Park

Police were dispatched to the park for a fight with injuries at about 8 p.m., according to Sgt. Donald Sabo, of investigations/special operations. When the officer arrived, he found an injured woman with a puncture wound to her face, according to police. About five people were involved in the fight, Sabo said.

Officers also found a juvenile male who was unconscious in the woods from an unrelated medical issue, police said.

Both of the injured were taken to St. Luke’s University Hospital in Fountain Hill for medical care.
