Where/When: Enjoy all the baklava you can eat at St. Nicholas Greek Orthodox Churchβs biannual Greek food festival, running Thursday, May 19, through Sunday, May 22, at the church, 1607 W. Union Blvd., Bethlehem. Hours are 4 p.m.-9 p.m. Friday, 11 a.m.-9 p.m. Saturday, 11 a.m.- 9 p.m. and 12 p.m.- 6p.m. Sunday.
Why go: Italian grandmothers get all the hype, but Greek βyia-yiasβ have it going on, too.

2. Dine and Dash
Where/When: Art, fine food and history combine in downtown Bethlehem, Friday, May 20, with this Civil War exhibit museum crawl beginning at 5 p.m., at the Kemerer Museum, 427 N. New Street.
Why go: Three exhibits, food and spirits and stimulating lectures to boot. A perfect marriage.

3. Brewmasterβs βBeers of Springβ Dinner
Where/When: Sample the latest drafts paired with three courses of delectable eats at 6:30 p.m. Friday, May 20, in the High Gravity room at the Allentown Brew Works, 812 W. Hamilton Street, Allentown.
Why go: Itβs not every day you can sample duck confit and Arctic char with beers chosen to bring out their best qualities.

4. Billy Bauer Band

5. βSeabiscuitβ in the park
Where/When: Pull up a lawn chair, grab a friend and watch the heartwarming story of βSeabiscuit,β playing at Burnside Plantation, 1461 Schoenersville Road, Bethlehem, Friday, May 20. Movie starts at dusk. (Rain date: May 21.)
Why go: Arrive early and you can meet Bethlehemβs mounted patrol team.
