KidsPeace Sells Arts Academy Charter School Building for $795,000

The Arts Academy Charter School plans to open in August in the former KidsPeace building on Emmaus Avenue.

Corp. has sold the building where the will open for $795,000, according to a report in LVB.com.

West Bethlehem Ventures LLC purchased the property at 1610 E. Emmaus Ave., the former Washington School, in Salisbury Township, the report said.

The new a middle school for grades 5 to 8 with an arts-based curriculum, plans to open in August.
