Lindberg Ave. Sketch Plan Presented to Planners

Landowner Jeff Russell told planners he wants to live in the residence at 2602 Lindberg Ave.

Landowner Jeff Russell presented a sketch plan Tuesday night to the Salisbury Township Planning Commission concerning his proposals for the 15.88 acres at 2602 Lindberg Ave.

Cynthia Sopka, the township's director of planning and zoning, said the sketch plan included Russell's intention to live in the current dwelling on the property.

Russell's proposals include subdividing the property into seven lots, one of which is proposed to be a storm water detention basin, according to Sopka.

Sopka said the proposed lots of 12,000 square feet meet the township's zoning requirements but are undersized in comparison to homes across the street.

Sopka said planners made comments on the informal, generic sketch plan.

Russell will need to return to the commission at a later date with more complete plans.
