RESTRICTION: The City of Allentown will be performing water line work. Lane restriction on Lehigh Street south. Also, the ramp from I-78 east to Lehigh Street will be reduced to one lane during the work. Please use caution driving through the work zone. Work will occur both Monday night (10/03) into Tuesday morning and Tuesday night (10/04) into Wednesday morning (10/05). All schedules are weather dependent.

Lower Macungie Township
ROAD NAME: Route 100 North 
BETWEEN: East Penn Avenue/Alburtis Road AND Spring Creek Road 
Type of Work: Bridge Repair 
Work being Done By: PENNDOT Contractor 
Type of Restriction: Daytime 
RESTRICTION: There will be a new traffic pattern on Route 100 north at the bridge over the Little Lehigh Creek. Motorists on Route 100 north should expect short traffic stoppages as the new pattern is implemented. Route 100 north traffic will be shifted to the western side of the bridge. Route 100 south traffic will continue to be detoured over Spring Creek Road and East Penn Avenue/Alburtis Road. The work is part of a project to replace the Route 100 Bridge over the Little Lehigh Creek that began in June and is expected to be complete in November.
