Resident Speaks Out on Lindberg Ave. Subdivision Plan

The Salisbury Township Planning Commission is scheduled to examine a proposal to subdivide almost 16 acres on Lindberg Avenue.

At least one Salisbury Township resident is unhappy with a proposed subdivision plan on a 15-acre lot on Lindberg Avenue.

On Sept. 10, the Salisbury Township Planning Commission will examine a proposed subdivision of 15.88 acres at 2602 Lindberg Ave.

The property currently has a single-family home and driveway on it, but the proposal asks for subdivision into seven single-family detached dwelling lots.

Lisa Miller commented to Patch: "Lindberg Avenue and its surrounding neighborhood has an abundance of homes currently. The traffic is already busy at the Lindberg and S. 24th St. intersection. Also, after Buckingham was completed, the wildlife had nowhere to go except for the acreage on that property. Please don't allow a developer to ruin this estate just to line his pockets!
