Road Work On Interstate 78

The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation will conduct Interstate 78 maintenance work in or near Salisbury Township on the following dates:

• March 20-24. Time: 8 p.m.- 5 a.m. Where:  between Lehigh County line and exit 71 (PA 33).  Lane restrictions.

• March 21. Time: 9 a. m.-2 p.m. Where: between exit 60 (PA 309) and exit 58 (Emaus Avenue). Westbound lane restriction.

• March 21-March 24.Time: 9 a.m.-2 p.m. Where: Between the Northampton County Line and exit 49 (PA 100).  

• March 23-24. Time: 9 a.m.-2 p.m. Where: between exit 57  (Lehigh Street) and exit 59 (Summit Lawn).  Lane restriction eastbound for shoulder work.
