Salisbury Boys Swim Team Wins District 11 2A Championship

The Salisbury High School boys won the the District 11 2A swimming championship and set a district record in the 400-yard freestyle relay.

The won the the District 11 2A championship Saturday at the Parkland High School natatorium, and brought in a first-place finish in the 400-yard freestyle relay with a district record time of 3:16:05.

Salisbury's win ends the six-year streak held by Southern Lehigh. Eric Tatum placed first in the 100-yard freestyle, Garrett Collins, Tim Constantini and Joe Skibbens placed second, third and fourth, respectively, in the 500-yard freestyle. Connor Harrison finished third in the 100-yard backstroke. 

The girls swim team also had an impressive performance, finishing sixth. The girls finished second in the 400-yard relay.  Katie Cialkowski placed third in the 100-yard freestyle and Danielle Gutman placed fourth in the 500-yard freestyle.
