Salisbury Schedules Physicals for Fall Sports

will offer physicals for students participating in fall sports on June 9 at .

The cost is $10.00 or make checks payable to Salisbury Township School District, due day of the physical.

Boys Schedule

       8:00 a.m. Soccer

       8:30 a.m. Football
       9:00 a.m.  All other boys sports

Girls Schedule

      9:45 a.m. Field Hockey
      10:00 a. m. Soccer
      10:15 a. m. Cheerleading
      10:30 a. m. All other girls sports

Salisbury fall athletic physical paperwork will be available in the SHS/SMS main offices starting June 1. All students who plan to play a fall sport or be a fall sport team manager must have a physical dated on or after June 1.

Once fully completed, the necessary paperwork should be submitted to the SHS athletic office as soon as possible and no later than Wednesday Augsut 8 for fall athletes/team managers.  Students may not practice/participate until all necessary paperwork has been submitted.

All students who plan to play a fall sport or be a fall sport team manager, must have a physical date on or after June 1.
SMS/SHS students in grades 6-12 are eligible to team managers.
Fall athletic practices begin on August 13.
