Salisbury School District Hires New Business Administrator

The School Board approved the hiring of Robert Bruchak as the district's new business administrator and board secretary.

Bruchak was offered a three-year contract effective August 1 at a salary of $110,000.

Bruchak will replace , who will retire July 31 after working three years in the district and 35 years in public education.

The board accepted the resignation of Assistant Business Administrator Diane Serfass, who is leaving to serve as the business administrator for the Palmerton School District.

Bruchak, who lives in Macungie, was the former business administrator at Chester-Upland School District and Souderton School Distrct.
