Theft --- Jonathan Kehley of Allentown reported wallet and cell phone reported missing March 1 from vehicle parked outside Gold's Gym at South Mall; $700 estimated value, police said.

Theft--- Black flashlight and garage door opener reported missing February 26 from vehicle parked in 600 block of E. Lynnwood Street, police said.

Theft--- Four wheels reported missing February 25 from Honda Fit parked in 3300 block of S. Pike Avenue; car was placed on two cinder blocks, police said.

Theft--- Gary Heim of Allentown reported $140 and bank card missing February 23 from wallet in vehicle parked outside Gold's Gym at South Mall, police said.

Theft--- iPhone reported missing February 22 at Salisbury High School, police said.

Theft---Tools, dome light and bulb, work gloves reported missing February 21 from vehicle parked at J. Bachman Construction, 3020 S. Pike Ave.; $1,5000-$2,000 estimated value, police said.

Charged---Victoria Wambold, 40, of 3551 Lil Wolf Circle, Orefield; on suspicion of driving under the influence February 25 in the 3000 block of S. Pike Avenue;Β  Wambold was driving south on S. Pike Avenue when the vehicle she was driving struck another vehicle that was stopped in traffic, police said; police officer observed Wambold appeared heavily intoxicated; Wambold was taken to central booking center; charged pending toxicology results.

Charged---Neil Carson, 32, of 506 E. Wyoming St., Allentown; with assault February 26; police said Carson got in argument with victim, grabbed her hair and struck her in the mouth before throwing her on the floor.

Charged--- Jacob Conklin, 23, of 1737 E. Emmaus Ave.; with simple assault on February 23; police said Conklin choked his mother during an argument, punched glass window and door.

Charged--- Justin Hunsberger, 20, of 1504 Maumee Ave.;Β  with assault on February 18, police said Hunsberger punched and slammed Arnold Hunsberger after an argument.

Property damage-- A fence was reported damaged February 22 at 1655 E. Emmaus after a man drove his new Harley Davidson motorcycle through it; he left the homeowner a note and said he applied too much gas to the throttle and was unaware of his motorcycle's power, police said.
