Scheeler Pleads Guilty in Exchange Student Sex Tape Case
Lower Milford man could face up to 44 years in prison when he's sentenced in August.

A Lower Milford Township man pled guilty Thursday to six counts of child pornography and eight counts of invasion of privacy for making sex tapes of Korean exchange students who stayed in his home.
faces up to 44 years in prison and a $125,000 fine. He will be sentenced in August. A judge Thursday amended a prohibition that the defendant have no contact with children so that Scheeler can visit his 7-year-old daughter.
Scheeler was charged on Thursday, Jan. 13, 2011, with sexual abuse of children and other offenses for videotaping three students, ages 16 and 17, while they were in the bathroom and bedrooms of his house.
