Spring Forward: Daylight Saving Time Starts Sunday

Spring ahead one hour, Daylight Saving Time begins 2 a.m. Sunday, March 11.

Daylight Saving Time begins 2 a.m. Sunday, which means we set our clocks ahead one hour. You'll lose an hour of sleep, but in exchange enjoy an extra hour of daylight in the days, weeks and months to come.

Experts advise it's also a good time to replace the batteries in your smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.

Not a fan of the whole Daylight Saving Time concept? we have Benjamin Franklin to blame for this annual tradition.
