Sunday Best: Go to the Allentown Art Museum for Free
Take the kids to the zoo or squeeze in the final day of Das Awkscht Fest.

Sunday's National Weather Service forecast is for sunny skies with highs in the low 70s. A perfect day to spend outdoors with the family. We've got quite a few ways for you to get out and enjoy a wonderful Sunday in and around Salisbury Township.
- You can't beat free. Art aficionados can visit the Allentown Art Museum for free Sunday. Hours are noon to 4 p.m.
- Going to Musikfest Sunday? Make sure you read Patch's 2013 Musikfest Guide before you go to plan your visit.Â
- Go see some gross stuff. "Grossology," is featured at the DaVinci Science Center in Allentown Sunday from noon to 5 p.m.Â
- Das Awkscht Fescht ends its three-day run Sunday at Macungie Memorial Park. Gates open at 6 a.m. for walk-in visitors. The flea market runs through dusk, and arts & crafts vendors are open until 9 p.m. Classic cars are on display. Entertainment runs until 4:30 p.m. Admission is $7 for adults and $2 for age 15 and under.Â
- The nearby Lehigh Valley Zoo in Schnecksville is open from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Sunday.
- The Back2 Life Band plays Sunday at 8 p.m. at the Molten Lounge at Sands Bethlehem.
- The Pines Dinner Theatre in Allentown presents a matinee performance of "Footlose, The Musical," Sunday. Dinner is at 12:30 p.m. with the show starting at 2 p.m.
