On Thursday, the Board of Commissioners filed against Allentown's Neighborhood Improvement Zone's special taxing district. The board said Salisbury and neighboring municipalities stand to benefit from Allentown's economic revitalization with the $158 million hockey arena and other projects planned for the downtown.
