Thursday in Salisbury: 'Seussical' Opens at St. Thomas More

Want to get out tonight? Two different shows are playing at Sands Bethlehem.

Thursday, Aug. 15 is expected to feature mostly sunny skies with a high temperature of 79 degrees, according to the National Weather Service forecast. 

Here is what's going on in and around Salisbury:

  • The St. Thomas More Church Summer Theatre players production of "Seussical," starts its four-day run tonight at 7:30 p.m. to benefit Mary's Shelter: The Cay Galgon Center. The musical will be presented  Thursday, Friday and Saturday at 7:30 p.m. and Sunday at 2:30 p.m. at school gym at 1040 Flexer Ave in Salisbury Township.   • Want to get out? The band Garden State Radio entertains Thursday at the Molten Lounge at Sands Bethlehem at 8:30 p.m.
  • ABBA the Concert, a tribute to the 1970s Swedish pop sensations, starring Waterloo, the band, comes to the Sands Event Center at 8 p.m. Thursday. Tickets range from $25.50 to $59.50.
