LVH Walking Trail, Family Night This Week in Salisbury

It's another summer week and we have the information you need to know on the go in and around Salisbury Township:

• Walk your way to wellness every day this week  at the indoor walking trail at Lehigh Valley Hospital-Cedar Crest in Salisbury Township. Try the trails if you need a place to walk during inclement weather, while you’re waiting for your or a loved one’s appointment or if you’re in the area and have some time to spare. There are many benefits of walking, including improving your heart health, reducing stress and anxiety, preventing diseases and helping you lose weight. 

• Grace Community Church, located at 1290 Minesite Road in Allentown, will hold Family Night on Wednesday. Supper will be served at 6 p.m. Activities are held from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m.

• An Art Appreciation Workshop for adults will be held Tuesday at 7 p.m. at the Lehigh Valley Charter High School for the Arts, located 675 East Broad Street, Bethlehem.

• Summer library hours continue this week in the Salisbury School District. This week, the Salisbury Middle School library, located on Devonshire Road, will be open from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. to check out and read books. All district students are welcome.
