"My goal as a school director is to be involved in the district's finances.  My 12 years experience as a School Director  (vice president of the school board)  is extremely valuable in that I know how the district works and am familiar with the entire budget process. Â
Because residents of Quaker Valley pay the public school bills, I am committed to providing a first-class education for our students at a reasonable cost. Â
Most of Quaker Valley's funding is from local taxes; we receive very little from the state and federal government. Therefore, it is in our best interests to keep our costs 'reasonable.' I can assure you that I will NEVER vote for a millage increase."
