4 Boys Started Fire Inside Abandoned Property: Police

Four boys found inside an abandoned property at 3747 Dorney Park Road Friday night face charges of arson, criminal trespass and criminal mischief, South Whitehall police said.

In a release, police said they were called to the property at around 9 p.m. after people were seen entering it and items were heard being broken. The first officer on the scene heard items being broken and conversation, as well as saw the glow of a fire inside the structure. 

More officers were called to help, and South Whitehall fire units responded to put out the fire. 

Police, who along with the fire marshal are investigating, said charges will be filed.
