Parkland Educator Recognized For 'Exemplary' Teaching

Parkland High School Biology teacher Laura Kowalski is the 2013 winner of the Howard L. Klopp Award. 

Given each year by the education department at Cedar Crest College presents this annual award to recognize excellence in teaching.

Cedar Crest faculty members present Kowalski—a teacher at Parkland since 2006—with the award last month.

It's given to teachers who exhibit:
