The PAHAF program provides eligible Pennsylvania homeowners with up to $30,000 in much-needed assistance to prevent and/or ease mortgage delinquencies, defaults, foreclosures, displacement, and utility disconnection.

To qualify for assistance, you must own a home in Pennsylvania, meet certain income requirements, and have experienced a financial hardship as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic after January 21, 2020 (including a hardship that began before January 21, 2020 and continued after that date). You can view all PAHAF application requirements at pahaf.org/am-i-eligible.

Starting today, you can complete the PAHAF application entirely online. If you need in-person assistance with your application, you can find a list of housing counseling agencies and legal service providers across the state that are available to help at pahaf.org/housing-counseling-agencies. You can also contact the PAHAF call center at 888-987-2423 for application assistance.
