Subway Coming to Gas Station on Route 309
The Park Mart at Route 309 and Lime Kiln Road will build an addition for a Subway.
The South Whitehall Township Board of Commissioners recently approved a Subway shop to be added to the Park Mart on Route 309 and Lime Kiln Road in Orefield.
The board approved a preliminary/final land development plan on Aug. 21 for owner Bruce Ebert to build a 1,064-square-foot addition for the shop on 1.3 acres at the Pipeline Petroleum, 2562 Route 309.
The plan calls for the removal of kerosene pumps, the relocation of diesel pumps, 19 additional parking spaces and storm water management facilities.
