After the call "that broke the camel's back," a victim calls Tredyffrin Police.

HARASSMENT
1/9/13 – E. Circular Avenue in Paoli. (The 25 year old suspect), of Coatesville PA was cited for Harassment when he continually called the victim after he was told not to.
