NWS: Freeze Warning Then a Slow Warm-Up
What a difference a week makes. From freeze warning to fire warning to warm up. What's next?

Last week we were backing in the warmth of temperatures in the high 60's, 70's and even near 80 one day.
Tuesday morning the region was under a freeze warning until 9 a.m.. That means all those flowers and plants that started popping up last week are in danger of freezing.
The National Weather Service (NWS) has also issued a special statement covering Chester County for an increased risk of brush fires due to very dry conditions and wind gusts up to 20 mph. The NWS statement says the biggest threat will be from late morning until afternoon when the winds are expected to subside.
